There are many allergies that causes really serious illness to person.  Once a person shows an allergic reaction to some food or some insect bites, it is important that they would be tested to confirm if they have an allergy.  Therefore, this person will be aware of what foods to eat and what to avoid.  There are many things from which a person can have an allergy of such as animals, plants, or foods.
